Home Buy Express is focused on helping people own their own home. We primarily use bank finance, sub prime finance as well as vendor finance and rent buy plans.  Vendor finance plans and rent buy plans offer the advantage of easier qualification and a lower deposit requirement.   They work on the basis that an investor buys the house for you, and you make your payments to him whilst you build enough equity to qualify for bank finance in your own right.   Equity builds as a result of a reduction in the amount outstanding, just like a normal loan.  

Equity can also build if the value of the property goes up because of a general lift in the market, and/or because you have improved the value of the house as a result of work you have done on the property.  Equity can also be built as a result of receiving the $7,000 first Home Owners Grant.

Our Role:  Our role is simply to facilitate the finance process for you.  We will work with you to help you qualify for bank finance in the quickest possible time.  If you cannot qualify for bank finance now, but qualify for a Home Buy Plan such as a rent buy or vendor finance plan, we will continue to work with you until the bank finance is finally approved.
